The objective was to make a visualisation application for the pupil's lab of the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld. The application serves as a supplement for a workshop. It should provide a better understanding of a fuel cell, to visualize important influences and collect first experience with a simulation. To achieve this objective, a model of the fuel cell is created. The understanding and look into the internal processes with the help of the result provided by the simulation allows an optimization and indicates where problems can appear. A problem could be an insufficient water removal.
