Back to Events Calendar

The Multibody Dynamics Module brings many new functionalities in version 5.5 of the COMSOL® software, including roller chain sprocket modeling, fluid-multibody interaction, flexible attachments, roller element bearings, and reference frames for results presentation. In this webinar, you will learn about all of these Multibody Dynamics Module updates.

In this webinar, we will demonstrate the creation of chain geometries using new parts available in the Part Library. You will also get an overview of the new options for automatic generation of rigid domains and gear nodes, as well as new models added in the Application Libraries. Various other enhancements, including new default load plots, will also be discussed.

A live demo in the COMSOL Multiphysics® software will show the simulation of a roller chain sprocket assembly. The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.
