coupling two modules

I want to couple two modules in COMSOL. Suppose the output of one module is u. I want to give a modified version of u in the subdomain setting of other module.
for example,
0.95*u+a
where a is another vector stored in the workspace.
I have succeeded to give u in the subdomain setting of another module but failed with modified version of u.
Can anyone help me please?
