Hi

if you check the doc you will see that you can only import a NASTRAN neutral file format.
But anyhow, what to do with a mesh ?

You connect the physics to Geometrical Entities in COMSOL, and the meshing comes thereafter, it gets its "properties by inherence, this is a fundamental difference between classical (or olders) FEM programmes and the COMSOL approach

You need to transform the mesh to higher order geometrical entities (which is partially done in 3.5 on some simple Nastran neutral file type meshes)

Good luck
