Update of interpolation within parametric sweep

I'm working on numerical algorithm which works iteratively.
Without going into details of algorithm i try to describe my problem :
i have linear interpolation function 'uk' within model which loads data from file grad.txt;
within a study i have parametric sweep, at each sweep iteration the weak equation is solved. coefficients of the equation are based on 'uk'.
in postprocessing i have data report, namely gradient of the solution is saved in grad.txt.
so, i need that the 'uk' updated after each iteration, but it doesn't work.
could someone help me please?
or maybe it 's possible to realize via MatLab?
