magnetics (mf) question

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi

in a magnetics (mf) problem If I have a conducting domain with a varying cross section

and I wish to inject a given current as an initial condition.

How do I define the external current density so that I have the same current in any cross section?

thanks

David

hi,

on ec there is node called external current density, there is also boundary current source.
just give 1[A]/boundaryarea[mm^2]. in every cross section the current should be the same, but current density not.

akmal
