Beam and truss working together

Hi, i'm trying to solve a simple model that you can see in the attached file.

When i try to view the results, the deformation of the beam element and truss element are separated, in fact, only the beam shows tension and deformation.

How can make the sistem work together?

Thanks.

Jorge.

Since the Truss and Beam are different physics you have to make sure the displacement variables they use are the same. COMSOL automatically assigns a “u” displacement field to one physics and a “u2” field to the other. Replace the u2 by u.
