Hello!
I want to build a model for measuring plasma parameters with a Langmuir probe. Is this model feasible? What should I do with the probe? If metal contact is set on the probe boundary, the probe will greatly affect the plasma discharge. The simulation result is that the probe cannot reach the plasma discharge center.
If you have experience in this area, please advise me a lot, thank you very much!
