Define 3D Gaussian heat source?

Dear Users,


I am trying to simulate an heating with moving laser model .. I need to use a 3D Gaussian heat source but I don't know how to define it or the expression to use.. could you help me?

Hi,

you could have a look at this model: www.comsol.co.in/showroom/gallery/699/
The coupling of the heat source works almost the same in 3D. I use it in one of my models and it works just fine.
