Do you know if it is possible to do sensitivity analysis in a transient problem without requiring matlab?

What version of COMSOL Multiphysics are you using? Version 4.2a has a sensitivity interface that allows formulation of a sensitivity analysis, and should operate with a transient problem.

Note that while COMSOL employees may participate in the discussion forum, COMSOL^® software users who are on-subscription should submit their questions via the Support Center for a more comprehensive response from the Technical Support team.
