Relative Error Is Greater than the Relative Tolerance. Error....

I am doing battery design for electric vehicle by using comsol 5.2. While doing simulation i am getting below mentioned error.
"Failed to find a solution. The relative error (0.0046) is greater than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged. - Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1)".
Can any one help me to rectify this issues. please.
