Use a voltage distribution as a boundary condition in semiconductor module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear Comsol Forum Community,

I'm currently working on a project in the Semiconductor Module and I'm trying to use a voltage grid as an initial condition. The voltage distribution has been obtained by the electrostatics model.

However, I'm not quite sure how to use this voltage grid as an initial condition within Comsol.

I was wondering if anyone could provide some guidance on how to take a voltage grid as an initial condition in Comsol within the Semiconductor Module. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your time and expertise.

Best regards, Jérémie Pirard
