Current/Current Density Measurement

Hi, I am trying to measure the current through the embryo (sph1) in a microfluidic channel(cyl1) placing two electrodes (cyl2 and cyl3) beside the embryo. I have used domain probe, and set expression "ec.normJ" to measure the current density through the embryo. I also used Terminal current "ec.I0_1" to find out the current. My questions are 1. Is this the correct way to measure current through embryo? [ My purpose is to find out accurate electrode dimension by varying their sizes and positions, which will give maximum current through the embryo] 2. I want to measure the total current in microfluidic channel. Can you suggest how to do that?[ My purpose is to find, what percentage of total current is flowing through the embryo]. I used the same domain probe for channel but it gave me lower current than the embryo. Total current should be higher. Also, I placed domain probe in negative electrode (cyl3). Didn't work. Thank you in Advance.
