Heat and moisture transport inside and outside a porous media

Hello everyone, is it possible to combine the heat and moisture transport from a open ambient (air) to porous media, to undestand the condensation phenomena? I tried to do these two seperately and they work, but when I want to combine them, I have more errors about initial values.
