I have create a 3D DFN model in COMSOL, I have tried to used "charging and discharging cycle" to define the current during operation, and this model cannot be converged at specified condition. Then, I tried to use "sequence of events" with the "global function" to help me to setup the CCCV charging-discharging cycle according to this link "https://cn.comsol.com/blogs/control-current-and-voltage-sources-with-the-acdc-module/". However, it works very well in P2D model, failed in 3D model. Under a deep check, I found my model failed at the same time when the charging status change from CC to CV, and the warning information is "Singular Matrix" (https://www.comsol.com/support/knowledgebase/953) I feel that because I define the current through a line not a point, but I do not know how to solve it.
