Belleville Washer (Disc Spring) Analysis

I am attempting to model the force displacement relationship in a belleville washer. I am using a parametric analysis to model the contact between a block and a belleville washer. However, whenever the belleville washer begins to collapse, the analysis fails to converge .. and I get the following message. Attached is the .mph file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The Error Message:
Failed to find a solution for all parameters,
even when using the minimum parameter step.
No convergence, even when using the minimum damping factor.
