adding velocity pressure and constant acceleration

I am modeling a weapon and measuring heat transfer as a bullet goes through a system. I have created the system ammunition goes through, and the bullet, and all the other geometries. Currently I need to add a velocity pressure and a constant acceleration to the bullet and measure the heat transfer as the bullet goes through and out of the system. How would I add these numbers to my model. I would appreciate it if someone can just give me "example numbers" and exactly how to apply these numbers to the model.
