Error 7111 Singular matrix

I'm using the PDE modes in Comsol to solve a nonlinear problem in a rectangle domain which is divided into two small rectangles and the rest. When I click the solve button, the following error message appear “ Error 7111 Singular matrix”. Dose anyone know where is the problem?

I also find that some boundaries around the two small rectangles are inactive, which means I cannot modify their boundary conditions. And I need to fix their boundary conditions, can anyone give me some help?
