effective mode index v.s wavelenght

i am trying on photonic crystal with comsol v4
and i want to plot neff v.s wavelenght, but i dont know what i do
plz help me
in the one question that anyone asked, you saied that u must use v4,
and another questions is:
i want to plot dispersion v.s wave lenght, how can do it?

in v3.5 we could use wavelenght for simulation , in v4 how...?
