Obstacle in a flow

I am simulating an obstacle inside a cylinder with a flow, my model should simulate the deformation of a leaflets (aortic valve) inside the aorta due the blood pressure.
the problem that I get this error message, and mysolution doesn't converge.
I don 't know if the problem is coming from :
1- time dependant solver (solver type)
2- the meshing
3- the complex geometry
4- the boudary conditions...
I attached the file, please if someone can have look to the setting may be I forgot somethong or something is wrong.
