                                                    Depending on the exact shape you want you can, take the union of two cylinders and a half torus or sweep a disc along a curve.
There's a very good chapter on geometry modeling in the Reference Manual for COMSOL Multiphysics. It starts on page 389 in version 5.2a. All manuals can be accessed through File> Help > Documentation. That chapter includes tutorials towards the end (page 492 and following).
