"COMSOL Multiphysics model file is damaged or not valid"

I am getting an error message " COMSOL Multiphysics model file is damaged or not valid" and cannot open the file. The file was working perfect and was saved an hour ago, and I just had to reboot computer since my pc crashed. Could you please how can I repair the file?

Hi Thomas,

If you are on subscription, I would suggest that you open a support case, and attach the file. The support team may have a possibility to salvage all or parts of it.

Also, check for recovery files in the folder C:\Users\(YourUsername)\.comsol\(CurrentVersion)\recoveries
