Is it possible to simulate electric field distribution between electrode and metal surface

Here is the model：silver electrode which is connected with power source suspends above nanostructured metal surface. Give the electrode voltage +V.
Is it possible to simulate electric field distribution between the electrode and metal surface using comsol? If possible, how to do it then? Using which module?
I am only familiar with RF module. Are there some model examples like this?
