Problem regarding meshing in MEMS accelerometers

when we are joining a beam with a mass we are getting problems regarding its boundary that is some of the boundaries are shown not applicable due to this we are getting meshing problems .so kindly reply

Can you maybe upload your model so that we can see the problem ourselves?
