How can plot concentration over distance...

Hallo,
I am new in Comsol and can't figure out the plotting. I am using the module named 'Diluted Species' which solves diffusion equation. After getting the solution i need to plot concentration (C) over distance (x). But i don't know how to plot it. I can plot concentration over time but can't plot over distance (x).

I would be so grateful if someone can help me.
