Appropritate Model for Turbulent to Transitional to Laminar Flow

I am in the process of modeling an equipment in which the flow changes from turbulent to laminar and then back to turbulent. Could any one let me know as to whether any of the Turbulent models included in COMSOL can handle both transitional flow and laminar flow?
