How to add current to rectangle in 3D?

Hi,
I'm building a model simulating an electromagnet, the cross section of which is a rectangle. How could I add current surrounding it? I have tried to add 4 surface currents to 4 surfaces of the electromagnet, but have encountered a problem: "Failed to find a solution. Multigrid canceled. Returned solution is not converged."
Could you help me? Thanks!

Hi

I would start with a simpler model to get the coil model running correctly. Then in MF or ACDC in general: "square shapes" are nasty as they make singularities, its better to have fillets (rounded edges).

Then if you apply surface currents, you should also define "surface materials" (duplicate the copper and apply to the corresponding boundaries). Then why not run a few models from the model library first ?
