reaction is not happening in tubular reactor

Hello guys, I have designed a tubular reactor in comsol 4.2 but after computing it doesn't show any variation. my reaction rate id not changing my conversion is not changing. only axial flow velocity is giving good results. my chemical reaction is not happening. can you suggest me something what to do?
