regarding subdomain integration

hi,
I am using diffusion model in 3D. I have a 300 m^3 rectangular box and at the center i put another very small box of area 600 cm^2 and of thickness 5e-5 m. Diffusion is taking place from inner box to outer box. I managed to create a mesh which was my initial concern. When i solved the model, i am getting the solution. When i take subdomain integration over both of these boxes at t=0, i'm getting moles of solute greater in outer box than in inner one though initial concentration in the outer box is zero. Can u please help me out to resolve this problem. I tried a lot.
Please do reply as quickly as possible.
Thank You...

I have the same problem. It seems that subdomain integration of concentration in 3D domains dont add up to original amount added.

Did you get any help with this. If yes, please let me know how you troubleshooted this.
