CAD IMPORT impossible

I installed 5.0 COMSOL, I want to import a drawing from AutoCAD, but ihave a message " unable to obtain for the CAD Import Module '

Hello Abdelhamid,
Importing geometries in certain CAD formats requires optional products that your license may not include, see www.comsol.com/products/specifications/cad/ .
To determine which products your license includes, in the COMSOL graphical user interface, go to File> Help>Licensed and Used Products.
If your license does include the product needed for importing the format in question but you are still getting the error message above, this would indicate that you are using a multi-seat license with fewer seats of the CAD product you need than of the core COMSOL Multiphysics and other users are already using all the seats of the CAD product.
