Error in solver

Hi everyone, I have a problem that hasen't been solved, After I have well meshed my structure ( a kinf of thermoelectric genrator using seebeck effect ), I used the stationary study, a had an error in the solver as the image in below shows, the error mentions that I should enhance the error estimation factor, So il did that and the same problem is repeated and the solution is diverged, Please can someone help me, thank you a lot, E.Bdhaifi
