Segregated solver steps do not involve all components

Problem Description

An error "Segregated solver steps do not involve all components" occurs.

Solution

The groups for the segregated solver do not include all dependent variables. One reason for this error could be that some boundary conditions (for example, for laminar inflow in fluid-flow models) add dependent variables that are not initially in the model and are therefore not taken into account when defining the segregated solver steps.

A solution is to reset the solver settings. Right-click on Study>Solver Configurations>Solution and select Reset Solver to Default.
