Export Data - RF Module

In the RF module I am trying on a mode analysis. I would like to export the calculated data, i.e. the effective refractive indices for my parametric sweep, to MATLAB for further calculations.
I have tried to export the data in REPORT tab but the text-file only gives me lots of x and y values which I have no clue what it is but it can't be what I am looking for.
Any hinters?
