to extract only the geometrical information after deformation

Recently I met with a problem about how to extract only the geometrical information after deformation, meanwhile I want to discard the material and physical information (such as stress, stain, etc.). Because I want to reuse the geometrical shape after deformation and put it into a new assembly to do a new analysis, and this new analysis only needs this model’s geometrical shape without any pre-stress and pre-strain.
Does anybody met with the similar problem? Thanks!
