How to select the domain for oil (in void space) as a material in the power transformer simulation after making the geometry?

In order to select a domain there needs to BE a domain. Reading between the lines here, perhaps your problem is that you have drawn the coils and the core but not a surrounding domain.

When you DO draw a surrounding domain you will also need to think about the appropriate boundary conditions.
