parameterized sweep and batch sweep

For parameters a and b, I would like to run a specified combination: for example: [1 1][2 2][3 3]; For each specified combination of tasks a and b mentioned above, I would like to perform parameterized scan calculations on parameter c=[1 2 3 4 5 6 7]. This seems to be impossible to achieve through "all combinations", "specified combinations", and "parameter switch".
