Explicitly Modeling Reference Electrode

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone,

I am attempting to model a three electrode Microfluidic Electrochemical Sensor (MES). I am able to model the working and counter electrodes and get some results, but I believe they are incorrect. One reason I am thinking is because I am not explicitly assigning a boundary condition to the reference electrode. Is there a way to explicitly assign a boundary for the reference electrode and assign the correct physics? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using the electroanalysis physics.
