Keynote: Using a Digital Product Portfolio and Multiphysics Simulation in Flowmeter Development

Mariager begins the presentation with an overview of electromagnetic flowmeter design and operation, exemplifying the importance of multiphysics simulation in their development. Mariager then describes his team's simulation portfolio and how embracing large-scale simulation has allowed for greater innovation and lifecycle management for their products.

Simon Mariager earned his PhD in physics from the University of Copenhagen, where he studied nanostructures with X-ray diffraction. He currently serves as a principal expert in electromagnetic flowmeters at Endress+Hauser.
