PDE with variable coefficients, the profile is not changing

Hello everyone, I am newcomer in comsol. Currently, I am working in the PDE with variable coefficients module in order to solve multidiffusion problem. My governing equations is a s follows 
, 
and 
depend on the field variable 
and have been termed by interpolation functions. My initial condition is an uniform profile 
for domain 1 and uniform profile 
My boundary conditions is flux zero at the ends.
My issue is that i am getting the same profile , there is no change. Can you support me?
