COMSOL Server Connectivity Issue

I’m trying to connect to the server, but the connection is refusing.
Anyone can please suggest a solution? I need to test connectivity for both Python and Java, which requires a successful COMSOL server connection. Error Screenshot attached.

NOTE: I have COMSOL official License.
