钙钛矿纳米晶的合成通常是使用间歇式搅拌系统进行(将前驱液滴加入反溶剂甲苯)。宏观间歇式反应器在高耗能的同时,并不能保证制备的纳米晶的尺寸均匀可控,实验的重复性也不好。而微流体具有高效的传质传热特性,以及良好的可操纵性。同时体系反应体积的急剧下降使得反应过程的不确定性大大降低。这样保证所有晶体拥有相同的成核和生长环境。所以使用微反应器制备的纳米晶的尺寸均匀可控。由结晶动力学可知,结晶过程的溶液过饱和度以及晶核周围的速度场分布对产物晶体有影响。所以我们使用COMSOL软件对比了微反应器和间歇式反应器运行时的体系的速度场和浓度场的分布情况。以达到调控产物晶体的质量的目的。 詳細を見る
