I receive a license error when installing, or launching, COMSOL Multiphysics,
Solution

If the error message you receive is not covered in those entries, please go to the COMSOL Support Portal: COMSOL Technical Support, and open a new support case. In your support case, please provide us with the following:
A screenshot of the error message you receive.
Information about when the error message is triggered.
Information about what operating system your computer is using.
If you are working with a license type that uses a license manager and you have access to the log file from the license manager, please include that log file as well. This applies to all licenses except Computer-bound licenses (CPU license) on Windows/Mac and User-bound licenses (NSL license) on Windows/Mac.
