RF applications in the era of 5G and the internet of things (IoT) require very high data rates and advanced technologies, such as phase array antennas, multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) technology, and active electronically scanned arrays (AESA). Reducing the prototyping and manufacturing time and costs of corresponding microwave and millimeter-wave antennas, and their supporting circuitry (principally, filters and couplers), has thus become a priority. Efficient multiphysics simulation and simulation apps help to streamline the development process significantly.
This COMSOL Day will focus on modeling sensors, antennas, and IoT devices. Both current users and those new to COMSOL Multiphysics® will gain insight into these applications by attending technical presentations and software demonstrations by COMSOL developers, application engineers, and invited speakers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback from COMSOL staff throughout the day. Join us!
